What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You'll undress to your level of comfort and stay covered with towels throughout. For sports massage, shorts are handy.
Can I claim my massage on my health fund?
Remedial, deep tissue, sports and myotherapy treatments with a registered therapist can be claimed on most extras policies, on the spot through HICAPS. Relaxation massage, facials and body treatments can't be claimed.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, from the second trimester, with a therapist trained in pregnancy massage. Let us know how many weeks along you are on your health form and we'll set up the table with support cushions.
How do I change or cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation or reminder text. More than 24 hours out: full refund of the deposit. Under 24 hours: it stays as credit. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
How long are gift vouchers valid?
Three years from purchase, and they can be used for any treatment or product. The expiry date is printed on every voucher.
